These terms apply to services provided by Sky Pattaya Co., Ltd. from our office in Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand.
What we can and cannot promise
- We prepare and submit your application to the required standard. The decision belongs to the Thai authority, not to us, and no agent can guarantee an outcome that is at an officer's discretion.
- Government fees are set by the authorities and are separate from our service fee. We tell you both before you commit.
- Immigration, tax and property rules change. We advise on the rules in force at the time of your instruction.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and genuine documents. A file built on inaccurate information can fail at any stage and can have consequences well beyond a refused application.
- Meet the deadlines we give you for providing documents, particularly where a document has a short validity window.
- Tell us about any overstay, refusal or previous immigration issue at the outset, because it changes what we recommend.
