Na Jomtien, Bang Saray and Sattahip run south along the coast and have become the growth end of the market. It is quieter, the beaches are better, and prices are lower than Pattaya proper.
It is also where U-Tapao airport is, which is increasingly the more convenient arrival point for this part of the coast compared to the two hour drive from Suvarnabhumi.
