Riding a scooter in Pattaya on a foreign licence, or on no licence at all, is a gamble that most people lose eventually. A police check costs you a fine. An accident without a valid licence can cost you your insurance cover entirely, which is the part nobody thinks about until it happens.
We do both halves. We teach you to drive or ride properly, on a real training field and then on the road, and we handle the licence application at the transport office including the theory test, the reaction tests and the paperwork.

Learning to ride before you learn to fall
Pattaya traffic is not the place to discover that you cannot control a scooter. Most foreign riders who come off do so in the first month, at low speed, on gravel or a wet painted line.
Our motorbike training starts on a closed field: braking, slow control, looking where you want to go rather than where you are afraid of going. Only then do we take you onto the road, and we ride with you.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get a Thai licence on a tourist visa?
The transport office needs proof that you reside here, which normally means a residence certificate from immigration or a letter from your embassy. Having a long stay visa makes it straightforward. On a tourist stamp it depends on the documents you can produce, and we will tell you honestly whether your case will pass before you pay anything.
Do I have to take the test in Thai?
The theory test is available in English and often in other languages at the Chonburi office. We prepare you on the actual question bank, which is more useful than general driving theory, because some of the questions are about Thai road law specifically.
I already have a licence from my country. Can I convert it?
In many cases yes, and the process is shorter than starting from zero, though you still need the medical certificate, the residence document and the reaction tests. Bring your licence to the office and we will tell you exactly what your situation requires.
How long does the whole thing take?
With documents in hand, the licence itself can often be done in a single day at the transport office. If you need training first, plan a few sessions. If you need a residence certificate, add a few days for that.
Do you teach women riders and complete beginners?
Yes, and a large share of our motorbike students have never ridden anything before. The training ground exists precisely so that the first hour happens somewhere safe.
