Sky Pattaya Co., Ltd. was founded to provide legal, visa, driving training and real estate services to the foreign community in Pattaya, and it has been doing the same work in the same place ever since.
What has changed is the range. It started with driving licences and visas. Clients kept asking who they could trust for a condo, a car, a contract. Rather than hand them to someone else, we learned to do it properly ourselves.
How we work
- We check whether you qualify before you pay us anything. If the answer is no, we say so.
- We quote the whole cost, including the government fees, rather than a headline figure that grows later.
- We tell you when you do not need us. Some things genuinely are simpler done alone, and saying so is why people come back.
