To provide visa, licence, property and legal services we necessarily handle sensitive documents: passports, bank statements, marriage certificates and address records. This page explains what happens to them.
What we collect

- Documents you provide for a service: passport pages, visa stamps, bank letters, certificates and contracts.
- Basic website analytics, which do not identify you personally.
What we do with it
- We use your documents only to deliver the service you asked for, including submitting them to the Thai authorities that require them.
- We keep your deadlines on file so we can remind you before an extension or report falls due, unless you ask us not to.
- We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties beyond what a service you requested requires.
Your rights
